Nice ebook and video, Kevin. Well done! You express yourself very well.
An unsolicited blog tip for you: If using WordPress, go to Settings: Permalinks and change your Common Settings to Month and Name (or better perhaps, customize permalink to indicate just the Name of each post). The way you have permalinks set up now (by page #), your SEO (search engine optimization) is poop… You write well, so make it easier to be found :>)

Thanks Jen,
I’ve tried that on the blog, but for some reason when I do that, all the old posts disappear – the links don’t “automagically” update correctly. I’ve not tried it since I changed themes, so it’s worth another try. But if it doesn’t work on auto, I’m NOT spending the time to back through 2006 updating permalinks one by one… 🙂
Your blog is awesome of course! Thanks for posting. You’re welcome here anytime!

I found you through an image on TweetPages (!) but what is great is this particular video – as I am getting ready to launch something new and it looks like I need to go back to the drawing board – darn – it was so good! Anyway, thank you for the video and it’s nice to have found you.
